岩版 Stone Tablet

　この岩版は、かつて沢であった地点から、多量の土器・石器・玉類と共に発掘されました。出土した石棒・石刀といった石器は全て破損しており、玉類も未製品・原材料が確認されないことから、埋葬儀礼の一環として沢に投げ込まれた可能性が考えられます。
　岩板には、全面に渦巻き状の文様が刻まれています。表面では、中心の線によって左右に文様が分けられています。一方、裏面では岩版の中心を対称点とする点対称に文様が描かれています。

This stone tablet was excavated from a former riverbed, along with a large quantity of earthenware, stone tools, and beads. The excavated stone tools, such as stone rods and knives, were all found broken, and no unfinished or raw materials for the beads were identified. This suggests the possibility that they were cast into the river as part of a burial ritual.

This is completely covered with spiral motifs. On the front side, the patterns are divided into left and right halves by a central line. On the other hand, The pattern on the back side shows point symmetry around the center of the tablet.
